Tummy troubles
Mommy and I had a lot of go-around last week with my tummy and problems that were giving me tummy aches and causing me to cry and cry. Finally, I wasn't eating very much one day and Mommy was worried so she called the pediatrician on call that evening and he told her that I was being fed too much formula at once and to cut me back.
This upset Mommy because one of the nurses at the pediatrician's office told her that it was OK to feed me as many ounces as she was giving me. So from now on, Mommy says she isn't going to listen to the nurses and only ask my doctors questions. According to Mommy, the nurses don't know squat about babies if they can't help her with something as simple as formula amounts.
Now Mommy feeds me less formula, more frequently, and while I'm still a little fussy because I'm hungry a lot more, it's better than me having a tummy ache all of the time.
Last week, Daddy took me outside with him to grill. It was the first nice day of the season, and whenever Daddy brought me inside I would cry because it was so cool outside that I wanted to keep looking! Mommy took some pictures of us in the back yard:

I also started sleeping through the night on Friday. It scared Mommy because she woke up at 3:30 am and I hadn't woken up to eat, yet. But that was OK, because I chose that particular time to make some of my sleeping noises. She heard that on the baby monitor and knew I was OK. I also slept from about 8:00 pm until 4:30 am on Saturday night. This made Mommy happy because she caught up on some of her sleep.
Speaking of sleeping, Mommy and Daddy think it's funny to take pictures of me that look like this:

I'm asleep and I just got done with my bottle, OK? It's not very nice to take pictures that can come back to haunt me in later years when I bring girlfriends and things to the house.
Unfortunately, I still don't like my swing, either. This is what happens when you put me in my swing:
As you can see, I'm crying. Mommy is hoping that one of these days, she'll put me in the swing and, magically, I'll like it. I haven't decided if I'm going to allow that to happen, yet. I've let her get by with it happening on other occasions, but the older I get, the more fun it is to keep her guessing.
And, for my encore, I thought I'd show you guys how handsome I look in camouflage:

Those pictures were taken tonight before Mommy put me to bed. I don't know about you all, but I think I look quite dapper. :)
